• Developed and executed strategies to curate diverse contents for the World Knowledge Forum, covering topics such as international politics, economics, technology, business, finance, humanities, and more, to better cater to the needs and interests of attendees and speakers. This involved organizing approximately 120 sessions annually for the 3-day event.• Conducted research and extended invitations to globally recognized figures from various fields to speak at the forum, addressing recent trends and pressing issues. Employed compelling reasons and incentives to attract speakers to visit Korea and participate in the event.• Collaborated and maintained partnerships with numerous global and domestic companies, Seoul Metropolitan Government, government organizations, embassies, universities, think tanks, media companies, speaker agencies, authors, and other stakeholders. This involved managing tasks such as inviting speakers, negotiating invitation conditions, discussing speech contents, arranging logistics, and providing on-site assistance to speakers.• Coordinated and conducted interviews in English, while also providing translation services from English to Korean, for publication in the prestigious Maeil Business Newspaper.
