For over 25 years I had been in the retail industry. I have sold, managed, made buying decisions, and recruited top talent.Emporium is where I started my career in the hosiery department. Before Emporium closed I was promoted to Clinique cosmetics.Nordstrom opened it's doors to me in April 1996. I managed the most successful Clinique cosmetics counters, and Cosmetic departments in Northern California. After 11 years with Nordstrom, I decided to move to Seattle. I was promoted to an assistant Market buyer for the Designer cosmetic brands. After 1 year, I was offered additional responsibilty and assisted 2 buyers and 14 cosmetic brands. While the Seattle experience was amazing, I moved back to Northern California where I am 4th generation born San Franciscan.A new challenge came my way. I became the Regional Recruiter for NCAL/NW overseeing 14 stores. I strived each day to teach, coach and train, all stores in recruiting and retaining top talent. I was in this role for 2 years.At 15 years and 4 months with Nordstrom, I decided to take a NEW challenge. This brought me to Adecco staffing in San Bruno, CA.Adecco truely does bring "better work, better life". I recruited top talent for the Mountain View, CA area up until March 2014. I then supported an onsite program where my focus was Employee Relations until August, 2015. Last but certainly not least, I have loved my past 6+ years in direct sales while being a SAHM! It’s a unique business model that has brought so many amazing people in my life! Recently, I joined an awesome company in pre-launch...Savvi Lifestyle Co.! Getting dressed has never felt better. I have been immersed into the most amazing, fast moving business model, and it has been so FUN! To be surrounded by excited, happy, encouraging women, has been the biggest WIN coming out of 2020, and into 2021. Partnering with Savvi has been a huge blessing! The best part...we’re just getting started!
