I was appointed to establish a new delivery division within organisation that will solely focus on presales and delivery of added value IT services. Target areas were mainly Microsoft, Linux/Unix systems.

Responsible for bringing new business, key accounts creation and international customers with main focus on break&fix, implementation, consulting, out asking and outsourcing IT services.

Wide variety of support responsibilities for campus IT environment such like IMAC/D services, cabling, administering network, server technologies and applications. Supporting and teaching end users how to properly use IT systems, troubleshooting of hardware and software issues and failures.

Responsible for searching, ordering and maintaining spares, service manuals and tools that were used by technicians for repairs of monitors, fax machines and projectors. Managing international transportation including custom clearance process of faulty devices to Czech and back to country of origin such England, Netherlands, Poland and Austria.
