• Monitor 60-100 shipments in FCL daily between the port of discharge and the destination• Collaborate with shipping liners, freight forwarders, railway and local truckers to push shipments to the receiver• Consolidate and analyse freight charges records across North American• Communicate with account managers and the warehouse for the delivery update and issues• Pursue and maintain trucking and warehousing quotation• Examine the trucking invoices and proceed to payment processes

• Collaborate with internal parties such as facilities, academic departments, dean’s office to organise departmental workshops & seminars for students and industry partners• Assist to the administrative work on admission postgraduate programme such as organising interviews• Train, supervise a group of volunteers and junior student assistants to provide administrative and site support to faculty and university events such as open days, graduation ceremony• Support daily office operation, such as office supplies and filing of records
