There are some of the duties belong to me now in AYD Chassis parts Co.;- Determining the both occurring and possible problems and analysis of them on line- Concerning about the required Quality Control documentation that includes production and assembly processes. - Preparing test plans and schedules according to specifications of customers; - Maintaining test records, analyzing data, approving and reporting results; - PPAP, FMEA and Control Plan preparation; - Reporting new equipments, fixtures, jigs necessity by checking the customer specifications for new part launches; - Participating in the review of design, manufacturing, and test documentation to ensure that applicable program quality requirements are met; - Establishing and maintaining the program quality system plan and documentation to ensure compliance with program requirements; - Monitoring production and taking role in process audits; - Providing overall leadership for quality and reliability of products. - Identifying root cause through data analysis for preventive and corrective actions; - Taking active role at new part launches
