With the discipline and planned working principles I gained at Kadıköy Anatolian High School and then at ITU, I am continuing my career as Deputy General Manager. I had the opportunity to gain various experiences by working in different positions and companies having international partnership structure and meanwhile I developed myself in the technical fields of Kaizen, 5S, WCM, Lean Management, plant & facility establishment, Production and Material Planning and in administrative fields of general facility management and crisis management. I played a role in increasing efficiency by 70% by implementing kaizen on the bottleneck operation called “Load Checking” in Rözmaş Chuo. At Pimsa Adler, I ensured that the “Integral Parts Deburring” line, which is also a bottleneck, was improved with WCM applications and this project was presented to the FIAT WCM team also.By the way, the delivery performance of the company increased from 65 to 95 after I started to manage the production planning.The stock turnover at Oytaş has been increased from 2,4 to 6 . I was awarded "6 Sigma Certificate of Excellence" with my work regarding the torque study on break tubes.I gained a high level of experience in the installation of a plant by managing the installation of hot coiling line in Rözmaş Chuo and tube forming line in Bant Boru. Furthermore I managed the construction of Bant Boru Kosekoy Plant (The building, infrastructure and superstructure, fire fighting systems, etc.)The crisis management and dealer relations I gained at Uzel Otomotiv, which experienced a great economic crisis during my work, led me to specialize in these areas as well. I improved myself in the budget, balance sheet, income statements, dealer management, etc at Oytaş Okutgen, where I am still working as the Deputy General Manager. My English education, which started with Kadıköy Anatolian High School, has reached an advanced level due to the fact that most of my working life is spent in multi national companies and I use it continuously. My TOEIC score is 945 out of 990.Apart from these, I strive to share my experiences with university students and try to contribute to their development by coming together with student communities at events such as seminars and conferences.
