18 years ago, I noticed a gap in The marketing, advertising, and public relations (PR) industry. The industry was almost unaware of the Internet and how to take advantage of its benefits. Thus, as two young entrepreneurs, we established Morkravat to be Turkey's first digital agency with Mehmet Ozman. At first, we served as a subcontractor to big advertising agencies and PR Agencies. We have implemented many corporate websites, microsites, e-commerce sites, advergames, Facebook applications, and mobile applications. My partner was a gifted art director. Unlike the old-fashioned agencies, many experts from different disciplines were working together here. Copywriter, software architect, graphic designer, flash specialist, 3D designer, front-end developer, illustrator, back-end developer... I also took on the task of managing all these creative people, that is, being the creative director of the agency. I have been working as the head of the agency since my partner left in 2010.Over time, with the establishment of countless digital agencies, it became a necessity to take our service to a new point. We started to work as a creative agency that creates concepts and implements them when necessary.As head of the agency, with my creative team, I've created a variety of above-the-line, below-the-line, and online solutions for our clients, including but not limited to;Creating advertising campaigns,Developing marketing strategies and tactics,Developing product/brand identities,Managing social media campaigns,Guiding celebrities and charities on reputation management,Designing event and fair organizations,Designing and publishing corporate magazines,Designing and implementing presentation concepts for our clients' senior management.I also had a chance to work closely with a few Turkish Start-up companies. ExKnow was an IT and business consulting company headquartered in Frankfurt. I worked as head of the Istanbul branch office. I played an active role in sales and marketing activities. I was responsible for new business development.I trained our consultants on consultative selling, time management, and information management issues. I managed projects and project teams as Information Management / Knowledge Management Consultant.

SLAT GmbH was an Information Technologies Consulting Company and a Microsoft Gold Partner in Germany. As a Business Unit Manager, I managed document management, knowledge management, customer relationship management, and computer infrastructure projects in Germany, Holland, and Turkey. I took an active role in sales and marketing activities and also coordinated customer relations.
