I am working on Equipment Module which is connected with Mechanical Department of Cooling Development Center. My experience is mostly equipment parts (drawers, shelves, door bins etc.) of Built-in (Side by Side) appliances.Following find my other responsibilities;-Team Center Engineering (TCE)-Experience in creating, reading, understanding and interpretation of technical drawings for parts and assemblies.-Experience with design of sheet metal, engineering plastics, aluminum parts-Knowledge and experience in 3D modeling software UniGraphics NX-Experience in SAP and MS Office knowledge-Experience to estimate invest cost and part prices.-Experience to make stack-up analysis.-Experience to evaluate possible ratio potential.

I have worked as the project leader on the company. The company works as Tier-1 , Tier -2 and OEM sub-supplier for automotive industry and has experiences mostly automotive lighting products (stop taillight-lamp carriers). They produces plastic injection and stamping molds , assembly molds and lines, plastic part with injection lines and metal parts with stamping mold lines.My responsibility is, *Prepared offers for plastic molds for new project.*Contact Part Designers and check moldability in order to get the best part quality, mold lifetime.*Make and evaluate Moldflow Analysis to check possible production failure.*Design 3D and 2D mold data with Unigraphics Program.*Participate Placement or Tool Kick-Off Meetings.*Prepared the materials list of mold.*Follow-Up the manufacturing plan and process.*Improvement the part dimension until SOP production Therefore, I would have made plastic injection molds designs of parts related to this industry and made production tracking. Moreover, I would have made vehicle interior air conditioning of parts, interior trim parts and made mold designs of bull’s eye that located in rear bumper of cars.Firstly, I check products’ manufacturability by contacting with product designer. Then, I put product data on hold by changing things that are necessary on product. After that stage, I use Moldflow analysis program so that specfying feeder inlet of product and detect probable errors that are able to occur. Then, I complete product layout, design a set of core and mold according to customer requirements. At this stage, material selection, purchasing of materials, heat treatment, spark eroding electrodes, CNC milling, CNC wire erosion datas and product mechanical drawings is prepared by me.Treatment process is also prepared by me until being accepted of tool pressure. I make my decision according to results of product mensuration reports.
