I have a Bachelor's degree in Japanese Language and Literature from Erciyes University, and an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts from Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University. In my current role, I provide technical support and troubleshooting for the company's IT systems, hardware, and software, ensuring smooth and secure operations. I also collaborate with an third party IT team to implement and maintain IT policies, procedures, and standards, and to deliver IT projects and solutions. I have acquired skills and knowledge in IT services, mechanical systems, and diesel engines, which enable me to handle various IT and Automation issues and tasks efficiently and effectively.I have a passion for learning and self-improvement, and I seek to expand my horizons and skills through diverse and challenging experiences. I have worked as an assistant cook in a hotel, where I learned to work efficiently in stressful environments and as a ship machinery intern at Şehir Hatları AŞ, where I gained hands-on experience in operating and maintaining ship engines and equipment. I have also completed a graduate program in English at Dilko English Language Schools, and I am fluent in English, Japanese, and Turkish.
