Vitas Group is a subsidiary for-profit holding company that operates a network of microfinance companies in the Middle East. - Led team of eight finance managers in seven countries for design and preparation of competitor benchmarking research and analysis. The work identified weaknesses of The Vitas Group microfinance network. As a result, subsidiaries are currently developed in-house market research teams to better serve their clients and improve lending performance and internal efficiency.- Partnered with senior executives (CEO, CFO, COO) and led development of a financial forecasting model for a commercial holding company as part of due diligence packages for impact investors. Model was used to seek funding of up to $10 million from impact investors.- Prepared valuation and pricing exercises for negotiations with outside investors, resulting in $5 million in new investments in Lebanon.- Researched and analyzed new markets, including gaps in services and assessment of new countries for investment.
