I have been managing customer service operations with all technical and quality processes for the last 10 years. I have experience in implementing and launching customer service & technical support operations and CRM projects for start-up businesses and stand alone projects. I also have experience in improving the quality of customer service operations through measurable, sustainable methods.In my last role; I’ve worked on customer experience and satisfaction while dealing with common issues about marketing, product & business development and business intelligence. I also headed up a Salesforce CRM project for all sales and service processes with user training. In addition I’ve managed the CRM unit as a Salesforce Admin after CRM project go live.In my current role; I’m working on multiple on-going CRM projects (Salesforce, Splendid and in-house coded CRM) and their business processes analysis and data consistency as a CRM Projects Manager. I’m also leading the IT-Service Desk Department that in-charge of in-house customers’ requests that regarding to technical support of whole applications and tools.
