Lead the IT team in the process of migrating the SAP BW system to an open source system. Using the tools/methods described below:- Greenplum- ArenaData- Apache NiFi- Apache Airflow- Python

- Developed BW process chains and BEx reports, modeled storage using BW-on-HANA, and created report/input forms, and customer-exit variables, resulting in model successful implementation.- Optimized ABAP (transformations and ETL, methods, classes), worked with reporting in BEx and SAP BO Analysis and reported in SAP BO (editing universes, contexts, creating new ones).- Developed FPM (simple data entry and saving forms), CDS, and dashboards in Lumira Designer, and implemented Data Services through API Verme-to-BW integration.- Led simple VBA macros, refinement of HCM/ERP extractors developed showcases based on CV in Hana for the front on MicroStrategy and delivered technical specifications.- Provided community development, mentoring, teaching trainees, and led user training process.

- Gathered information on the tech industry, edited articles, uploaded data in charts, and delivered reports and analytical presentations.- Worked with data charts and documents, and assisted Senior Analyst, resulting in the successful completion of the workflow.

- Assisted company's website support, worked with the database, and updated content.- Monitored and analyzed visit statistics, developed graphics and system improvements, and promoted the website on social networks (VK, Facebook).- Collaborated with contractors, resulting in a contract with the supplier from Belarus (“Aviator”).
