Bid, won, ordered steel, supervised and installed jobs for ExxonMobil (XTO), Plains All American Pipeline, Salt Creek Midstream, Venture Global, EnLink Midstream, OneOK, and Gibson Energy.

Took a new drilling fluid technology to the Permian Basin and grew the CONCHO account from 1 rig to 15 rigs in 90 days. Introduced technology to EOG in drilling and completions, and started pilot projects at Apache and Diamondback. Worked on introducing it on fracks as well as production wells. Ran all operations in WTX, including shipping, service, deliveries, rig set-up and take down, and billing.

Co-Founded Texas-based American Well Technology, the first company to theorize, develop, and manufacture Cationic Production Lubricants for Artificial Lift Systems used in oil and gas production. The company’s positive charged (+) water soluble production lubricants are attracted to the negative-charged metal surfaces reducing friction, torque, and drag in various production pumps which increase pump efficiency and lifespan while reducing energy consumption and failure rates. AWT has been awarded a process patent for use of cationic lubricants introduced into downhole oil production systems to reduce friction, torque, and drag.

Broker of Record, Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Marketing for a mortgage broker firm that funded over $150MM per year in the subprime market through an intensive direct mail campaign. Maintained direct oversight of all operations including IT, telecom, network, human resources, finance, lease negotiation, facilities and payroll. Responsible for buying, creating, and implementing all marketing campaign materials to drive the sales of the company and implement initiatives.
