My work is generally divided into reports and research. - Reports are usually calculations of specific metrics by period and user group. - Researches are usually a study of user behaviour through changing metrics and developing new ones. Usually, they are designed to characterize user experience and answer the question of what will make this experience more positive, how and when it should be expressed in metrics, and how statistically significant all differences are.

The central part of the work included the construction of the reporting system and the control of data purity. I was finding the bottleneck and evaluating options to improve it. The result often involved cross-team interaction in coming up with a solution that suited everyone. The implemented changes improved metrics by 4-64%, which had a significant impact on KPIs.

Work has been divided into three areas: - Assessing data quality in the reporting system and reporting problems, writing algorithms to find the detected problems. - Calculating and evaluating operational metrics, predicting compliance with the set values. Factor analysis of deviations. - Reporting automation and improvement of system interaction algorithms. The implemented changes improved metrics by 3-41%, which had a significant impact on KPIs.
