Grow sales, expand customer base and product lines as I re-familiarize myself with the business. My partner and I opened the business in September of 2008, but I was busy operating the Meineke shops until June of 2011.

Owner of multi-store franchise. Acquired partner in 1991, added another location in 1994. We expanded the size of the locations as well as the service offerings in '04 & '05, growing the total sq. footage from 6,100 to 15,500, and the number of service bays from 10 to over 19.We were one of the leaders in pushing the franchisor into new and diversified product offerings.
