Categories: Upholstery, Small Furniture, Indoor-Outdoor Accessories, Basket-Storage-Decor.  Follow up Samples- Collect new product briefs from buyers/designers, work with PD team to be cleared all the information then work with the factories accordingly in order to get the quotation and provide the price comparisons to the buyer team on time. - Update tracker and follow up sample product to catch up the release plan and shooting schedule. Follow up shooting- Receive the shooting plan from UK, work with all departments to make sure sample will be ready for shooting plan. Follow up PO/PI and other paper work- Collect all the documents from factories before starting business with them (T&C signed, Evaluation….) - Support PD team to arrange products to send to lab testing.- Follow up all tests requested (included drop test) before signed off PO/PI with factories- Follow up all PO/PI with merchandising team from UK and factories; update all docs into the systems.- Work with third party inspection company to make sure inspections are on time for shipment.- Follow up booking with factories, forwarder and logistics team in The UK (if needed) to get the booking release on time.- Follow up and arrange the payment to the suppliers on time.- Negotiate claims and delay penalties following T&Cs- Make sure to collect and submit all shipping docs on time into the systems (procurement, ERP) Follow up buyer trip - Prepare the buying trip package for the buying team; work with factories to make sure samples will be ready for buyer to review on the trip.-Send the recap to the buyer right after the buying trip is complete.

- Support customers to visit factories for selection samples. Sum up the selection list of samples, ask for quotations from factories to customers as requested- Make Proforma Invoice to send to the customer and purchase contracts to send to factories- Follow up production plan from factories to ensure orders will be shipped on-time- Support factories to make shipping marks ( labels, hangtags, main marks, side marks instructions for use, assembly instructions…)- Contact to forwarder for booking request and shipment.- Make the shipping documents ( Commercial invoices, Packing lists, Bills of lading…)- Prepare all accounting documents to send to the head office in Hong Kong, and send shipping documents to the bank in Hong Kong.- Support customers in after sales service.- Prepare documents, keep and organize all documents following customers and company systems- Manage and update FSC – COC system/ EU Timber- Prepare all documents for auditing FSC COC- Sum up and follow up projects as requested from management and clients- Sourcing new materials
