* Project: Heineken Location: DC4 (Song Than Industrial Park) Time: 05/2023 - 08/2023Role: Warehouse Operation StaffResponsibilities:- Get an overview of the warehouse's operation management of the FMCG chain.- Utilizing the import and export of Heineken's products (such as Tiger Beer, Heineken,Larue, Strongbow)- In charge of contributing to and developing the SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) ofwarehouse management- Controlling and managing the warehouse inventory of existing products throughout theINFOR-WMS system (Warehouse Management System)* Project: Beko - Hitachi Location: DC An Thanh - Time: 09/2023 - CurrentRole: Data Controller ExecutiveResponsibilities:- Good understanding of functions of the Infor Global Solution and OMS - OrderManagement System (warehouse). Also, the SAP system of Beko - Hitachi companies.- Receive the plan for the import-export procedure from the customer and transportationunit. Then, create the ASN from the customer's PO number on the WMS system.- Planning and instructing tally and pickers to put away or export products precisely,including refrigerator, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, and water heater- Implementing a variety of statistical reports of daily operations (Finished Goods, SemiFinished Goods, and Spare Parts Goods)- Take responsibility for reconciling the inventory at the end of each month.- Supporting team leader to meet the requirement of debit note form and other essential tasks
