As part of the Corporate Social Responsibility team at NGCP, I provide operational support and management for the efficient implementation of CSR programs and projects. I monitor the process flow, ensuring compliance with deliverables, timelines, and financial guidelines. My role involves preparing and updating project performance reports, facilitating partnerships, and supporting the disbursement processes by coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, such as National Government Agencies, LGUs and host communities.In addition, I oversee the submission of accurate financial statements and progress reports, ensuring compliance with project requirements and managing data on project performance. I also do field work, collecting and analyzing data to identify any issues in project implementation and facilitate timely resolutions. Furthermore, I handle correspondence with clients and partners, reviewing critical documents and drafting reports to support effective project administration.

Provision of technical assistance on the sectoral agenda and poverty-related issues of the urbanpoor sector;Formulation of policy recommendations (resolutions, position papers, and draft issuances);Monitoring and preparation of sectoral accomplishments and reports vis-à-vis the agency'stargets and deliverables, and annual work and financial plan, among others.

Worked as Technical Project Coordinator under the European Union (EU) and Agence Française de Développement (AFD) foreign-funded technical assistance project, Disaster Risk Management and Institutional Strengthening (DRMIS) under the Bureau of Local Government Supervision (BLGS).Planning, implementation, and monitoring of project deliverables and accomplishments;Handling of capacity building activities and provision of technical support, among others.

Worked with the local government unit of Bustos in developing a program for civic engagement for the community members of the resettlement site of Bulacan Heights. Primary task to ensure community participation through carefully planned groundworking and involvement of key stakeholders. Series of activities resulted in the collaboration of the LGU, PO, and community members in addressing the issues and needs identified by the people.
