As the Manager of Communications and Operations at the Skidmore Idea Lab, I am proud to have led the charge in revolutionizing the organization's communication and operations strategies. My dedication to improving the experience for students has resulted in a more inclusive and accessible environment for Black, POC, and Queer students.One of my major accomplishments in this role has been the complete overhaul of the Skidmore Idea Lab's online presence. I took the initiative to make the website more interactive and inclusive, ensuring that all students could easily access the resources they needed. Additionally, I expanded and remodeled the idea lab's social media accounts to reflect our core values and mission.I am particularly proud of my work to foster student engagement and collaboration within the idea lab community. Through my efforts, I have seen increased participation and enthusiasm among students, making the idea lab a more vibrant and dynamic space.Looking back on my time at the Skidmore Idea Lab, I am confident that my contributions have made a lasting impact. As I move forward in my career, I am excited to take the skills and experience I have gained in this role and apply them to new challenges and opportunities.
