Primary Duties & Responsibilities:•Support the day to day IT operations of the organization•Support multiple office locations including remote and staff that telework•Set-up and configure computer resources for new employees and secure computer resources and network accounts for outgoing employees•Work with the Director of IT to manage vendor relationships and communicate and work directly with vendors to resolve IT support issues•Monitor internal and hosted IT systems and services for availability and proper operation, submit and track Support Requests and Service Level Agreement claims when SLA’s are not met•Assist with ensuring IT support, services and maintenance related contracts and agreements are being met•Orient new hires and train AH staff in the proper use of computer resources, the importance of computer security and the acceptable usage policies for Internet and hosted network services•Run computer and system management reports as provided by desktop and server management portal services•Assist with tracking and maintaining computer fixed assets, generating asset reports and disposal of depreciated assets

Major Accomplishments:•Assisted and facilitated in the testing, planning, implementation, training, and network-wide deployment of NETIQ Directory Resource Administration (DRA) (an internal web-based tool used for Active Directory access and privileges used for all House System Administrators and Technical Support Staff) •Assumed the role of Business Inventory Specialist (BIS) working with the Asset Management team to ensure that all of the House Learning Center’s (HLC) adheres to new asset management (AM) policies and procedures.•Member of the Office 365 Deployment Testing group, which ensured quality controls, mandates, testing, accessibility and security before deployment to all Committee and Member Offices and support staff.•Maintained adherence to all HISPOL 16 regulations in accordance with INFOSEC and The Committee for House Administration (and Oversight) guidelines and regulations. •Served as the liaison for the HLC with various vendors, technicians and service reps, being the initial POC for the procurement process for all HLC based asset purchases. •Co-managed an annual IT infrastructure and security budget over $500,000.

Major Accomplishments:•Established and implemented a fully networked and up-to-date technology lab (26 workstations, a Smartboard and LANSchool integration) for supplementary educational and training purposes. •Reduced costs and expenses of IT department by 40% through securing additional funding, utilizing educational grants, and recycling applicable software and hardware, Recovered over $170,000 of denied/unfiled funding via ERATE for prior cycles. •Completely redesigned the school website, parent data center, and network structure for staff files, documentation and communications.

Major Accomplishments:•Assisted with the procurement, deployment and installation of Smartboards for many of the classrooms throughout the program. •Expanded the imaging and deployment processes used during maintenance and annual equipment upgrades.•Built complete Operating Systems and base image software installs for Ghost Imaging and PC Cloning prior to deployment.
