Von Won Ministries is a 501c3 Non-Profit Organization focusing in the area of faith based media. This includes music, television, films, books, websites and more. We also take this vision around the world through missions trips and outreaches.

• Maintain and manage the national promotions budget• Act as project manager for all national promotions initiatives• Manage national Street Team• Oversee any national donation requests• Coordinate with Technology department to ensure our national listening devices are providing superior listening experience • Coordinate social media content timelines for national radio shows with NGEN marketing and On Air messaging• Coordinate national social media efforts with local marketing• Create national messaging that drives traffic to NGEN Radio app, web streaming, syndicated channels and social media channels• Coordinate with local events, on air messaging, and community initiatives to support the national campaigns• Lead and steward the strategic direction for NGEN Radio national promotions and non-traditional marketing strategies• Develop and execute strategies that elevate awareness for NGEN Radio• Collaborate with cross departmental teams to design and implement national promotions strategies• Collaborate with Donor Care department and NGEN Station Manager to create national traditional and non-traditional funding campaigns• Assist with syndication initiatives and help define syndication funding models and national expansion and exposure plans• Serve as brand manager for all national radio shows distributed through NGEN Radio, app, web stream, and any syndicated channels• Foster relationships with influences, events, artists, speakers, and social media strategists reaching 12-24 year olds• Responsible for training artists and tours how to promote NGEN radio• Serve as NGEN’s liaison with the KSBJ Promotions Team for any co-branding or future initiatives• Facilitate off-site activities and maintain the integrity of NGEN’s presence at all national events, artist promotional events, and NGEN sponsored artist activities and tours• Build and cultivate community partnerships that are aligned with NGEN’s mission and vision
