As part of this role my responsibilities were ( This role i worked with AT&T USA).1) Understand the KPI and KQI in the VoLTE and LTE networks 2) Understand the call flows within VoLTE and LTE. And understand the call drops and failures.3) Come up with formulas of KPIs to measure the call drops and network performance.4) Understand the CDR (Call detail record) from each node of the LTE and IMS networks.5) Give the requirement s to vendor to enhance the CDRs of the different nodes to capture the additional network information for call processing.6) Provide the design documents for the downstream systems to capture the Network information for derivation for KPI’s and KQI’s.7) Train the teams on VoLTE and LTE call flows.8) Test the CDRs after the vendor implementation of the features.
