We have enhanced the ability for administrative tracking, recognition and direction through our online learning management system ImpactPRO/EDU. At Next Step Academy I....Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning./Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT and Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions./Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence./Management of budget in coordination with the Managing Partner./Development of individual program budgets/Payroll management, including tabulation of accrued employee benefits./Disbursement of checks for expenses./Regular meetings with Managing Partner around fiscal planning./Manage day to day processing of accounts receivable and payable using QuickBooks, producing reports as requested./Reconce monthly activity, generating year-end reports, and fulfilling tax related requirements./Assist Managing Director in creating annual organizational budget and monitoring cash flow./Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services through improvements to each function (HR, IT, Finance) as well as coordination and communication between functions./Providing consulting services on matters related to tax, insurance questions, and business structure and growth./Manage, develop and design company branding through project management best practices./Engaging, monitoring and developing staff in the areas of IT, Content, Graphic Design, Social Media and more.
