Ensured effective Implementation of an efficient Group Intercompany Journal Process, with Reduction of Errors & Intercompany Breaks by 99%. The process managed to reduce the intercompany accounts from 40 to 10, with the intercompany reconciliation time reduced to Zero.Successfully presented idea to review stakeholder requirements. Upon review, wider finance team was able to eliminate certain processes.
