I'm an entrepreneur and STEM education advocate with a passion for empowering young minds. After a successful career in banking and financial services, I took a 180-degree turn and started Young Engineers Australia, an after-school program that teaches children aged 3 to 15 the fundamentals of engineering through fun and interactive activities. As the national licensee of the Young Engineers brand, By managing 25+ franchisees across Australia I have been able to bring this innovative program to communities. In addition to our after-school classes, we work with schools, hospitals and special needs organizations to offer hands-on training that inspires young people to explore STEM concepts and apply them to real-world challenges.I'm also the Founder of EdgeUTech, where my team and I create cutting-edge STEM products and programs that teach the basics of robotics and engineering to children. Our mission is to bridge the gap between science and maths and engineering, providing students with a head start in a world that's increasingly reliant on these skills.I'm thrilled to see the impact that our programs are having on young students. Through our hands-on approach, we're creating a generation of thinkers and problem-solvers who are equipped to tackle the challenges of tomorrow. If you're interested in learning more about Young Engineers or EdgeUTech, please feel free to connect with me.
