• Launched bulk enrolment tool to enrol and onboard enterprise customers via CSV. This launch enabled and facilitated enterprise business deal of $150k.• Launched reporting tool to automate finance audit of Springboard business, surfaced delayed cashflow of $650k alongwith saving 50 human hours of manual work each quarter.• Increased retention from 15% to 75% for 4 cohorts of 500 enterprise students by launching new UX.• Built internal tool to generate PDF invoices for ~300 contractors at Springboard. Till date invoices worth $1.5M have been processed using the tool.

- Productised Student Health Score system to associate numerical likelihood of completing the course on time for students.- Owned managing, refining, running prioritisation meets for incoming product requests from all business stakeholders.- Published 10 internal blog posts for product changes during this time on internal company blogging platform. Evangelised this platform to invite other team members to start writing on the platform.

• Answered product queries, wrote feature launch & adoption articles, assisted product managers to focus on important problems while handling product support function.

• Setup infrastructure and base test cases for visual testing using https://percy.io, now used extensively for all marketing pages at Springboard.• Reported ~1200, mostly minor bugs across ~15 feature launches at Springboard to keep software platform clean and functional.• Triaged and fixed ~2000 bug tickets reported by business team members across all products and sub-systems at Springboard.

• Taught test automation to ~5000 college grads across 4 years• Designed and authored an E-learning course on internal learning platform to teach advanced test automation along with brief full stack engineering. This was using Java, Spring Hibernate, Jenkins, Selenium Webdriver. 250 students rated it 4.89 at the time of leaving project.• Managed 10 cohorts of around 150 students each across 4 years with average retention of ~90%.
