A position who responsible for the management of customer service performance part under the patientcares & services department which coordinating with nurse team. I had attend for monthly manager meeting and had the opportunity to present the performance of the team. I also had the really good chance to set up the work flow of the team while the company was continue running and growing up as present.

A position who is regarded as the leader of the customer service team. I had set up the routine jobs and parallels all the jobs with the management skill. I also had the opportunity to attend the monthly manager meeting for the observation.

A position which had 3 parts, medical record unit, cashier unit and services unit. Our Chief Operating officer had the objective to combine the customer service team as one stop service unit.
