Statutory and Consolidated Audit (60%):• Certification of statutory financial statements• Certification of consolidated financial statement prepared in accordance with IFRS• Performing analysis of risky areas of the client’s financial statements• Audit budget negotiations• Designing of audit procedures and control over it performance• Coordinate work of several departments such as Tax department, IT Audit department, Valuation department• Lead teams up to 15 employees• Coaching of less experienced staffInternal controls assessment (30%):• Perform an analysis of the business processes of the clients to identify possible risky to prevent fraud and financial statements risks• Perform an analysis of business processes of the clients in order to consider improvements and implement time consuming solutions• Review of the actions taken by the clients to be in line with the Code of Conduct Advisory (10%):• Assistance to the clients regarding transformation of financial statements prepared in accordance with Russian Accounting Principles to IFRS• Assistance to the Client to perform appropriate financial statements containing all the necessary disclosures• Assistance to the clients in the recruitment processes of the staff involved in the financial reporting process
