Salvador Pérez Sempere has a degree in Computer Science of Physical Systems from the Polytechnic University of Valencia, a Master in Innovation and Development of Business Projects from Florida Universitaria, and a PhD in Social Economy from the University of Valencia. He has specialized in Theory U Methodology for project development, training in various techniques such as Ulabx1, ULabx2, Awareness Practices for Leadership, Drawing Systems, Social Presencing Theater, and Awareness Based Storytelling.Since 1995, Salvador has developed business in Eastern Europe and is co-founder and co-director of Excellence Consulting Group, a company dedicated to the distribution of household products in these markets. In addition, he has co-founded several non-profit organizations, such as Xeas País Valencià, the Asociación del Camp a la Taula, the Asociación por la Solidaridad entre los Pueblos del Mundo “La Maloka”, the Asociación Ca La Mare, and more recently, the Fundación Mans al Terra.He is an active member of the Gooddollar community, which promotes a universal basic income in the blockchain environment. He has also worked as a mentor in strategic planning with values and has participated in the design and implementation of projects such as ERESS in Benlloc (Castelló). He has experience in social and environmental value measurement using the SROI methodology, focusing on employability.Salvador is an independent researcher in alternative financing topics, such as crowdfunding, cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology. He has published academic articles and has been a speaker at workshops and conferences on sustainability and land regeneration. He is an active partner and member of the Executive of Fonredess, Fondo de Desarrollo de Redes de Economía Social y Solidaria, and is part of the driving team behind projects such as AlbalCircular.org, poblescirculars.org and MansalTerra.org. Currently, he is co-founder and president of the Mans al Terra Foundation.Committed to the legacy we will leave to future generations, Salvador has focused his interest in the study and care of the soil as the basis of that legacy. His life has been guided by the desire to learn, understand and create, which has led him to continue training in various areas and to actively contribute to social initiatives and movements. He is the father of Carlota and Marcos, husband of Isabel, and companion of all those who believe in collective action.
