  The role currently reports directly to the Acting Head of Risk and Compliance within the Risk and Actuarial Business Group. Principal responsibilities:- Leading, and co-leading in parts, the development and implementation of the Corporations overall risk management framework and where required provide internal training.- Providing risk management leadership, strategic advice, guidance and support to the Chief Executive, Executive Leadership Team and their direct reports. - Provide guidance and foster current best risk management culture in all activities and conversations where opportunities present it. - Identifying, advising and assist in the development of mitigations on significant issues and risks for Senior Leadership Team.- Maintaining high quality customer relationships and ensuring the complete risk identification and managed for my responsible business Groups.- Providing advice on the management of strategic and operational risks to Programme directors, Project managers and ad-hoc initiatives.- Work collaboratively with other risk management partners, principally Internal Assurance and external risk consultants, in providing a holistic service to organisation.- Leading the procurement and implementation of a Risk Management Software System.- Regular risk reporting to Executive Leadership Team and Board Audit Risk Committee.
