As reliable, positive role models and mentors, we help the children we serve develop self-confidence, teamwork and leadership while providing attendance interventions and coursework support in English and mathematics. In Denver, City Year serves 3rd -9th grade students at 8 Denver Public Schools to prevent the drop out crisis in our country.

The Center for Autism offers diagnoses and treatments for families affected by autism spectrum disorder and other neurological disorders. At the Center for Autism I manage a wait list of 1,000+ patients. I add new patients every day as well as contact families who have patients on the waitlist to offer them a free informational class that our center hosts every month. This monthly class serves to educate families on autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADD, ADHD; as well as the services our center offers, services families can receive in the community while they wait for an appointment with one of eight providers. My role is to communicate with families, assist front office staff, confirm appointments, and pull patient charts for our medical doctors including neurologists and speech pathologists.
