Key Accounts: IVL Collective, Rhone• Lead and manage the sourcing of sustainable fabrics, trims, packaging, and dying processes (Vegetable Dye’s) across multiple accounts. • Approve all fabrics for appearance, quality, weight and hand-feel, using formal guidelines and technical knowledge.• Monitor daily status of line development including production, design, sourcing, and technical design.• Utilize knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, pattern making, fit and sewing operations to enhance product quality and function.• Drive consensus and challenge the design and creative teams by proposing material solutions that improve product quality and margin optimization. • Direct vendors in pattern adjustments as needed to achieve the proper fit and functional performance vision.

• Work closely with Merchandiser’s and Designer’s to develop product that meets company margins while maintaining original design intent and targeted IMU goals.• Communicate directly with factories to execute approved style details, lab dips, fabric qualities, and artwork to execute salesman samples.• Manage and maintain T&A calendar for all products across the board ensuring that we meet scheduled deadlines and delivery, as well as maintain WIP and virtual fabric library for all past and present seasons.• Negotiate costing, fabric minimums, and lead times with factories to achieve margin targets and delivery.• Source fabrics, trims, and treatments that reflect design’s vision and meet target cost and safety regulations.• Attend & participate in fit sessions, take notes and communicate changes to Factories.• Creating and maintaining style histories of each season through PLM, following up with changes to pattern-makers and tech designers. • Coding art and revising CADs and art placements.
