About Ruben Vosmeer
A true Swiss army knife of fintech start- and scale-ups, I developed skills and experience in consistently delivering value to customers through the development and shaping of people and systems. Having held roles on business side, in standardising and defining automation needs from (financial and non-financial) Risk perspective, I also have proven myself in building a long term view for product development as a whole. More recently I have had the opportunity to build from the ground up a digital platform for a Dutch retail bank. I have grown the teams to transition to DevOps way of working, cultivating a strong culture of ownership within the teams, from feature initiation, to release and use by customers. In this process I closed the gap between the requirements of a regulated environment, DevOps engineering and the management of continuous change.I am guided in my actions by the belief that the quality of the products we deliver to our clients is strongly determined by the people and the culture that make up the organization. On a personal level, I contribute to it by giving trust, knowledge and vision to all those I work with.
