Manager Of Infrastructure
Current• Leads a team of 8-10 System Administrators in a mixed Linux/Windows/MacOS environment• Ownership of Infrastructure for company, including Employee Support, DC and Hardware Support, Core Services (eMail, DNS, Atlassian, etc), Patching and Remediation• Manages vendor relationships for IT and Infrastructure related Projects• Develops, monitors and updates IT project plans• Evaluates project needs and security requirements to determine if they should be built in-house or vendor hosted• Collaborates with other teams to find opportunities for process and technology improvements• Plan, prepare and execute hardware and software upgrade plans• Created a standardized IT onboarding and training programs• Continually improving key IT policies and procedures, including backups, business continuity, and disaster recovery• Provides executive leadership with reports on key performance indicators (KPIs)
