Practice is primarily in the area of criminal law. As the only Spanish speakingattorney in Carroll County I volunteer my services as interpreter and legal counselfor the Family Law Center, Parole & Probation, Department of Juvenile Services,Volunteer Community Services, and the Carroll County Office of the PublicDefender. I am also on the list of eligible interpreters with Administrative Officeof the Courts.

Read, analyze and summarize case law in all legal fields for purposes of providingheaders, footers, and case summaries for online content researched by legalcounsel around the world.

Primary area of responsibility was handling bail reviews at the Baltimore City Detention Center. District Court attorney at North Avenue and Wabash.
