As an Communications Collaborator at FPT Telecom, I work with various teams and stakeholders to create and deliver effective and engaging messages and campaigns that align with the company's vision and values. I use my skills in knowledge acquisition, defining requirements, and business presentation to ensure that the internal communication strategies are tailored to the needs and preferences of the target audiences and channels.Before joining FPT Telecom, I was a Community Success Manager at Himo World, a tactical puzzle game with Match-3 deck-building gameplay. I collaborated with the developer team to develop a new process for improving communication between players and the game creators, establishing a long-term community quality management foundation. I also built and maintained a loyal and active player base, using my skills in photography, marketing, and video editing to highlight the game as a regular community focal point. I am passionate about creating and fostering positive and meaningful relationships with diverse and inclusive communities, both online and offline.
