- Manage manufacturing projects for new product introduction (NPI), new production lines.- Lead project team in different regions (EU and ASIA) to develop and manage project management plan, including: • Getting customer requirements for scope definition. • Planning new production systems using Lean Manufacturing principles. • Making project contract including scope, schedule, budget. • Working with machine suppliers during design, built-up, release and delivery. • Performing commissioning and testing to confirm machine/process capability using SPC. • Preparing readiness for start of mass-production: documentation update (PFMEA, Control Plan, Work Instructions), hiring and training people, SAP system, etc. • Tracking process performance during safe launch period: OEE, reject rate, cycle time, process capability, then hand over to production team.- Lead problem solving using 8D method.- Report regularly to the different levels of review boards about project progress.

- Generally coordinate with Project-team (in Vietnam, Holland and Germany) about relocation projects.- Work on relocation project as a Project leader in Manufacturing depart.- Coordinate overall activities with project related departments (Quality, R&D, Technical support depart. Controlling, Logistic, Purchasing).- Lead production engineers within push-belt production to create machine test, tryouts and other.- Coordinate for tooling, equipment, and machine ordering and budget management.- Schedule for installation phase (e.g. problem solving during build -up time, escalate critical issue, unify installation plan for all suppliers and lead-plant experts, preparation for installation).- Arrange and lead project on manufacturing level (Object release, Pre-production, Production line release, and initial start production (ISP).- Lead and coordinate in case of trouble shooting and quality issues during project running.

1. Transfer new products from oversea to P+F Vietnam: NPI (New product introduction)* Coordinate and work closely with oversea R&D or Engineering departments at transfer location.* Prepare BoM, packaging label, documentation/translation to Vietnamese, fixture/tool, machine that need for producing new product.* Catch element time/circle time of processes which is used for balancing the production line.* Lead team member getting the task done on time.2. Troubleshooting and process improvement* Support production line on daily issues.* Carry out evaluation on new materials, new processes. * Come out containment of failures in order to increase the yield.* Team up with lean engineer and fixture/tool department to develop/ or design machine/tool.
