Ensure operational efficiency and be responsible for the HR (C&B, Recruitment), Finance and Service Management of the Ho Chi Minh office and other locations where our employees based.

HR- Be in charge of payroll processing, ensuring that payroll is accurate, processed timely and meets both legal requirements and company internal procedures - Handle Social Security, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance, Accident Insurance, Commercial Insurance- Claim and pay allowance from the Social security authority to Staff- Ensure all compensation elements applied and paid to staff comply with legal regulations and internal company procedures- Ensure eligible staff receive appropriate non-cash benefits and inform staff about eligibility, incl. regular updates- Manage and update employee database on monthly basic, produce regular and ad hoc reports as per management request- Maintain & follow up with Government Authority (Service of Trade, Social Insurance, DOLISA, ect) for Staff registration, termination and related reports.- Manage & update the employee database for local & expat (hard copy & soft copy)- Organize company events: Health check-up, Flu vaccination, Fire drill, BCP Drill test, ect- Supervise all company’s meeting and activities (training, outing, BCP, ...)- Prepare & provide the required documents for Tax and HR auditFinance: from November 2012 up to now- Control cash flow- Do monthly fund request- Input office expenses into SAP system- Support HK team in the forecast & budget processes- Perform bank reconciliation on a monthly basis- Handle staff expense claim- Prepare all accounting documents required by Accounting law
