JOB SUMMARY:Ensure that strategic material planning processes are in place to enable operational and production continuity. Takes a co-ordinating lead, working closely with internal and external parties to ensure supply of materials with Just-In-Time model. Able to deliver efficient, effective and flexible solutions to meet production requirements. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Build and execute strategies and tactics to meet or exceed overall business objectives and KPIs as pertains to supply.- Develop best in class supply planning processes, capable of flexibility in fast changing environments improving service levels and forecast accuracy.- Ensure supply to achieve customer service level targets and maintain solid inventory turn rates.- Recruiting and developing the supply planning team, included of 25 members in 4 factories (3 in Binh Duong and 1 in Quang Ngai).- Managing all communications to Production, Finance and Product Planning regarding the Supply constraints and delivery issues.- Coordinate with the HQs in US in Inventory, Purchasing, and Vendor, improvement strategies.- Balance quality, productivity, cost, safety and morale to achieve positive results in all areas.- Building and optimizing a short term and long term vendor base with vendor performance evaluation.- Ensure Purchasing Orders are timely and properly maintained and processed in the system.- Drives inter-functional activities to ensure the accuracy of inventory positions both in system and actual status at facility and vendors. - Work with other departments to improve company policies and procedures.- Provide employee coaching and development, creating appropriate training programs to meet the needs of their future career plans.- Cross functional communication with related departments to achieve overall department and company objectives.- Report to Asia Sourcing & Purchasing Director, and Managing Director.

DEMAND- Lead S&OP process and GO/ NO GO meeting.- Control, monitor & generate the demand forecast for the whole organization.- Drive Launch/ Re-Launch process- Care of repacking/unpacking (process, plan, cost, execution…), promotion scheme (align with Sales, Marketing, Supplier, service providers…)SUPPLY- Lead weekly & monthly supply review meeting with Production center in Thailand to drive production as per updated demand plan.- Contact Production Center from other countries such as Germany, Portland, Indonesia, Indian.. for importation plan.- Control physical stock at service provider’s sites (Aging review, promotion stock left review and clear action, verification, consolidation…).- Safety stock review and set up frequently.- Deal with Aging stock, LOR, wastage, destroy… product in warehouses, Production Center.- Make/monitor stock transfer b/w 3 warehouses (South, Central, North) with optimum transportation cost.- VAS Planning (Value Added Service) included sub-labelling, promotion planning and packing..- Drive targets within KPIs (included Days of Inventory Held & Service Level.)- Handle POSM in warehouses.- Key Contact of Global Planning/ Regional Planning team
