She knows what she's doing and she always helps students with any information, not only about school but also about personal problems. She's a good listener. For myself, I always look for her advice for my problems and she's always the one who is able to comfort me and give me a good solution. I am very amazed by her understanding people and effective communication. Besides, she was the one who came up the idea of founding a club called "Internation Exchange Friends", which is one of the most important clubs at school to contribute the school's internation programs. I believe that with her idea of the club, not only everything is much easier at school but also it helps connecting the students together. Thanks to her, I have a lot of friends at school by being a member in the club. Beside school's work, we also share a same hobby, reading. She's a big fan of books and she shared a lot of good books with me (such as "How to win friends and influence people" by Dale Carnegie, "The Alchemist" by Paulo Coelho), some of which has changed my way of thinking and improved my communication skills.
