Key responsibilities:🔹Manage IT healthcare projects, including project planning, budgeting, engaging team, carrying out the project🔹 Communicate with team and stockholders 🔹 Organize and lead regular meetings with team and customers🔹 Present software at development milestones to key stakeholders, receive and document feedback and adjust development accordingly🔹 Cooperate with stakeholders from private and governmental sector🔹 Prepare and maintain project development documentation🔹 Prepare documentation for medical device registration🔹 Manage QA processes for TIS (Estonian Health Information System)🔹 Ensure quality development of new functionalities, updates, and timely bug fixes

Key responsibilities:🔹 Manage the entire process of medical device supply for hospitals and medical centers, ensure devices and software installed work smoothly, on time and within budget🔹 Work closely with product, delivery and installation team 🔹 Establish communication with key stakeholders🔹 Develop and maintain detailed project documentation🔹 Analyze the market and build a development strategy🔹 Make product presentations for potential customers and partners🔹 International and government tender preparation, application and contract fulfillment

Key responsibilities:🔹 Manage medical device supply processes: ensure devices and software are installed on time, within budget, and maintained in peak performance. 🔹 Manage registration of new modalities of medical equipment
🔹 Develop and maintain detailed project documentation🔹 Cooperate with stakeholders from private and governmental sector and NGO locally and abroad🔹 Government tender preparation, application and contract fulfillment
