Sales representative for ECC involved direct sales to clients attending the showroom and to a specific group of clients that I was assigned. ECC sold high end furniture and lighting pieces to the public and to engineers and designers. I had to keep up to date with all of the new products and legalities of lighting when building new dwellings. There was a high level of sales, customer relations and account management required for this role.

I worked as a senior customer service advisor specialising in at risk individuals who were potentially having their payments cancelled due to non compliance. My role was to check my teams work to ensure that we were not cancelling payments on people who were at risk of becoming homeless due to underlying issues not declared to the government.
