- TSS Tier 2 support for all Optical Lucent products sold in ANZ region as a part of the NOC operations. Close support of the DWDM and SDH Nextgent and REEF networks.- Ongoing 24/7 support of other existing customer base in Australia and New Zealand.- Occasional deployment functions in NZ and Australia.- Support of internal teams during planning and project management as a technical specialist in TDM, SDH, optics and DWDM technologies. - Management of the optical laboratory for interoperability and testing of SDH / DWDM equipment

TSS Tier 2 support for all Optical Lucent products sold in ANZ region.The role involved direct and indirect support of installation teams and maintenance support field staff. Significant part of the role was the support of sales and project teams during and after the sales process.NOC support, escalation to the overseas support teams, field operations and installation also formed part of the role.As additional functions I have supported deployment teams during rollout of the REEF 2000km optical SDH network, Nextgen network, field network fault analysis and fault ratification.
