1. Perform payment allocations in Xero bank account upon receipts of commission and bonus payments from University. 2. Examined daily bank reconcilation, weekly invoice settlement and weekly reconcilation in Xero to ensure there were no discrepancies.3. Commission and bonus invoices/credit notes are processed accurately in Xero. 4. Prepare bonus and commission reports of Universities after verifying data from inhous Kondesk and email the same to Melbourne office in a timely manner. 5. Daily follow ups for all overdue invoices for payment. 6. Maintain University mastersheet on daily basis.

1. Analysis of data from multiple resources with the telecommunication inventory like cox, spectrum, CSG, workbench, nap audit, century link these are the sources of data verifying. 2. Checking or preparing, supporting documentation for the relevant stockholder as per requirement. 3. Review, identify and verify active and non-active assets by calling to onshore support.4. Working with programmers, engineers, and onshore or offshore management leads, identify process improvement opportunities.5. Make reports for the management and onshore lead by using relevant data from multiple sources, so they can take the right decision for the organization. 6. Receive production reports from team member, once collate and rectify, reporting it to onshore client before EOD for quality check and co-ordinate with client on emails as well as on call.
