Served as the Project Leader on two high-profile projects in supporting two long-term clients.➣ Client: CBRE (C.B. Richard Ellis) Inc. USA, a Real Estate Management Services company.Project details: Global Corporate Services, a division of CBRE, managed invoice digitalization through a manual process outsourced on Xchanging’s CORE application. The CORE application handled work item management, quality control, and reports. Invoice vouchers were directly created through a manual process on the JD Edwards (JDE) application, the enterprise ERP.➣ Client: Xchanging Procurement Services (XPS), UK (Internal Client).Project details: Led a 16-person team in the planning, development, and delivery of a new trading platform for XPS called Vault. The product was a web-based workflow and document management solution designed to drive global procurement performance, and it enforced XPS’s indigenous sourcing methodology.

Core Java application interfaced with clients using JMS and cached data.➣ Helped design and develop a centralized economic environment for the valuation of various financial instruments, including Bonds, Swaps, Swaptions, and other hybrid fixed-income products.➣ Developed POCs single-handedly and provided a demo to front-end traders. Based on a Model-View-Controller design pattern, the POCs involved in retrieving information using servlets and XML Beans to bind the schema and presentation using HTML and JSP.
