Responsible to attend purchasing demands and provide business status for members of department under direction of supervisor and manager. In addition:▪ Manage a set of strategic suppliers to purchase components at the most competitive cost according to negotiation techniques and cost-breakdown analysis;▪ Issuance and release of contractual procedures to meet OEM and Spare Parts purchase requisitions;▪ Identify, recruit, and qualify new suppliers in the global market to expand the range of suppliers and competitors for future offers;▪ Negotiate and understand the vendor’s products and services in order to build relationships and create knowledge from the cost factors of the supplier's technology;▪ Support as a key user on the development and implementation of new IT tools for the Procurement Area.

Responsible to attend Supply Chain efficiencies and provide business status for members of department under direction of supervisor and manager. In addition:▪ Promote strategic purchasing planning, defining the guidelines and collaborating with the team on implementation and maintenance of planning policies to ensure adequate stock levels;▪ Coordinate negotiations with suppliers, seeking to maximize results and minimize risks to business;▪ Recognize, anticipate, and solve supply chain issues preventing shortages on production line;▪ Ensure the support of the interface areas Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Legal, Compliance in all phases of the Supply Chain process.

Responsible to attend Supply Chain efficiencies and provide functional and technical expertise to members of department under direction of PMO and managers. In addition:▪ Apply Scrum / Agile framework in planning processes in SAP IBP, Fiori, and APO modules;▪ Prepare commercial proposals focused on Supply Chain solutions and technologies to expand the network of projects and customers;▪ Capture, analyze and decompose business information into functional requirements applicable to the project;▪ Interact with the entire business to identify end-to-end improvements and develop new strategies for the client.

Responsible to attend Supply Chain efficiencies and provide functional expertise to members of department under direction of Supply Chain Leader of the business. In addition:▪ Coordinate the implementation of product replenishment control project and standardize it for regional inventories in Latin America;▪ Identify manufacturing and replenishment constraints and execute operational tasks to attend scenarios of capabilities, considering availability of material and S&OP data;▪ Report KPIs from planning activities through reporting tools and dashboards (Power BI, BW, VBA);▪ Responsible for preparing data and managing local and external inventory for checkpoint reunions.

Responsible to support manufacturing activities to assembly an interactive panel under direction of Mechanical Engineer Header of the company. Also:▪ Ensure an application of lean manufacturing culture in production and supply chain processes;▪ Develop 3D CAD prototype models and check specifications for its application;▪ Perform quality testing procedures to define technical project limitations.
