Vivica was responsable for everything regarding customer service.This means that she was responsable for 3 to 5 techniciens, she handled the planning and all communications, internal and external. She was also responsable for all customer files; creating new ways of communication and organizing active prospection and marketing towards clients.

As assistant manager of GB supermarket in Nijlen, Vivica occupied herself in the first place with the day to day running of the store. She took care of the rosters for the staff, and was also responsable for hiring and educating new staff. Concerning her administrative tasks, she did the follow up and update of all productprices in the computersystem. She handled all meetings with salesmen and made all the necessary orders with the suppliers. On very busy moments she helped where ever necessary in the shop.

Major Account HandlerWorking at the major account department, Vivica worked with clients like Case logic, ITT promedia, Alfa Laval, Siemens, Dupont de Nemours and Mister Minit. Her job existed mainly out of updating clients either by mail or telephone concerning problems or existing files. She was also responsable for identifying problems within these files, and taking care of the solutions. Structural problems were presented to management and clients. Vivica also did client visits and introduced new clients into the company.Life Science CoordinatorAfter two years as a major account handler Vivica was promoted to global accounts where she was responsable for all biomedical customers. Among her portfolio were labcorp, perbio science and Mrl international. Her principal tasks in this department were reporting to the client, on a daily basis (shipping problems) and on a monthly basis (service and countryrelated numbers). She was also responsable for expanding new networks and involving new countries in the existing scheme. She informed clients about the shipping procedures concerning these specific products, for example bloodsamples and handled all possible problems. In September 2003 TNT acquired Apple computers as global account. Vivica was, with four other colleagues, responsable for starting and developing this global account and its service desk.
