I'm well-traveled and speak various languages after residing in Mexico, Germany, Hungary, and Spain. I’m fluent in English, German, and Spanish.I have more than 12 years of experience in management positions in international organizations in different industries and sectors. I have worked for IT, Elevators and Escalators, and Industrial Machinery companies in the construction, infrastructure, automotive, and metalworking sectors. Until recently I served as Regional Director at Schuler Group. In this role I focused on developing, implementing, and controlling the organization's strategies and objectives, as well as the sales and operation of the service and new machinery division. My team's main focus and direction were to ensure the goals in Order Intake, Sales, Profit, P2P, WIP, occupation, and the staff´s development. I maintained and developed direct relationships with key suppliers and customers. With my team, we established the commercial department, opened a new subsidiary in the center of the country, implemented best practices by becoming ISO90001 certified, and won the most significant projects in the region.Result-oriented and strategically moving forward, I enjoy working with and for people, always seeking alternatives that benefit the parties involved to achieve our goals and engage stakeholders with optimism and mean full vision of the future outcome.I graduated in Business Science at the “Universidad Complutense de Madrid” because I consider the Company the best way to multiply, transform and generate value for people.
