In parallel to his responsibilities he graduated a Dual Executive MBA from INSEAD and Tsinghua University (Beijing), where he wrote a Thesis on "Behavioural Strategies for Mobile Payments Acceptance", while mentoring FinTech startups from Startup Bootcamp FinTech.He also was, back in France, Head of the Project Management Office at the French Ministry of Finance, where he led a 50,000 users SAP roll-out for the French State accounting, in parallel of a profound financial back-office transformation of the French Administration.Vincent has lived and worked in many different locations in Europe and in Asia for the last 14 years. His range of experiences goes from Mobile Payments to e-Commerce & Retail Financial Products, Commodities Supply Chain Management systems, SAP, and Apps for NGOs & Social Enterprises.
