I support our customers when they face revenue-impacting problems that are deemed to be defects in our products.- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues from customer deployments by analyzing logs, thread dumps and console outputs. Help customers navigate around found defects, and collaborate with R&D and support teams to implement fixes. - Devise plan for delivery of patch bundles to resolve over 20 customer-found revenue-impacting defects, including internal stage testing and support in the field.- Hire, manage, train, mentor and devise workplan for teams of up to 3 co-op students.- Collaborate with product line managers and development teams to gather requirements and architect a new solution with market-targeted functionality and improved simplicity and usability.- Prepare, record and deliver demos and solution introductions for an audience of over 160 stakeholders, including leadership, product line managers, and professional services and R&D teams.- Define and implement firmware update strategy for over 20 hardware components. Present strategy to product line managers and technical partners.- Collaborate with regression teams to devise automation and regression testing strategies.

In addition to my day-to-day feature design, development, unit testing and automation responsibilities, I identified opportunities to improve our product.- Designed and implemented a new framework to add support for changes in minor equipment releases, reducing the number of customer-found defects.- Analyzed the trap management mechanism in our product, and proposed improvements with the potential to reduce network traffic by 50% and resync tasks by 72% for certain operations.- Modified over 100 automation scripts to add support for new equipment.
