I'm a versatile analyst, skilled at gathering and analyzing large volumes of data and condensing findings into bite-size chunks for a variety of audiences. I developed these skills as political science researcher and educator, but over the past five years, I have applied these skills in a variety of other settings as well. I am currently working with the Dutch National Archives in The Hague. I am part of a team that creates tools to help govt agencies improve the long-term accessibility of the information they manage.Until May 2022, I worked at the Manitoba Arts Council, where I led the digital systems team. At MAC, I was responsible for managing MAC's transition to an on-line application database, for integrating and developing new granting programs into that system, and for designing internal and external processes that rely on the data collected through that on-line system. This includes reporting and data analysis (see: https://artscouncil.mb.ca/category/research/) and also designing workflows that manage the entire life-cycle of a grant application.
